Finger Millet Juice / Ragi Juice

रागी
1 Cup
Cardamom Crushed
इलायची पाउडर
1/4 tbsp
Jaggery
गुड
To taste
Water
पानी
For Grinding


Preparation :



  1. Soak finger millet for at least 4 hours. Wash and drain them.
  2. Blend the finger millet by adding one cup of water each time. Repeat this procedure 3-4 times and collect the milk of it in a bowl using strainer.
  3. Add jaggery and crushed cardamom to the finger millet milk. Adjust the consistency of juice by adding water. Check for the sweetness and add jaggery if required.
  4. Refrigerate the juice for 30 minutes and serve cool. This is a very good drink for health.
