Green Peas Curry / Batani Ambat

Preparations :
  1. Previous night soak green peas in water, let it soften.
  2. The next day using cooker boil green peas adding one onion sliced, salt and water. Take one whistle.
  3. Prepare masala by grinding grated coconut, tamarind and red chillies to a fine paste.
  4. Transfer boiled green peas to a vessel and boil further in a medium flame.
  5. Add ground masala and boil for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Take a small pan heat oil and fry remaining one onion sliced till golden brown.
  7. Add fried onions to curry. Mix well and turn off the flame.
